How can I get rid of anxiety?
Q. I have anxiety it started in the later part of 2007. At first I could eat certain foods, drink alcohol, and take certain meds and I would have a anxiety attack. It would feel like I was about to die or something. Well I have gotten way better however I still can not take certain meds or I will have an anxiety attack. I really need to start taking a diet pill because Im going to go to the Bariatrics center and that is part of the plan. I was prescribed Hydroxyz Pam 25mg to take for anxiety. I was wondering if I could take one of these and then take one of my diet pills so that I will not have a anxiety attack. I really need help with this. Or is there another med that I can take so I want have an anxiety attack.
